Abstract (en)

The article describes modem art management changes in Lithuania after the reestablishment of independence during 1991-1997, characterises typologisation of creators, place and nature of creation, material and technology. It reports more precisely about origin and development of inside and outside art market and related problems. The article provides many interesting facts about art collectors, auctions, markets, circulation of Lithuanian art in the Republic of Lithuania and abroad, permissions for taking or sending art abroad.
