In order to organize properly the training of young judo wrestlers, primarily it is necessary to take into account the peculiarities of their age. Young wrestlers are accepted into the judo section approximately from 10 years of age. According to the stages of the arranging of trainings the beginners are divided into three age groups: the youngest group - 10-11 years middle - 12-15 senior - 16-17 Each age group has its characteristic features.
