Abstract (en)

This article deals with the problems of preparation and realisation of Real Estate investment strategy in the transition economy countries. The planning and management of the Real Estate investment process is treated as main measure for preparation and putting into practice the Real Estate investment strategy. The article overlooks the participants and steps in the Real Estate investment process, the process analyses and decision making principles. Finally, this article analyses Real Estate investment strategy of financially developed countries with the idea that this strategy could be adapted to the needs of Lithuania.
