In this work it is told about problems at the technical universities in the training of specialists in distance learning system (DLS). The positive and negative aspects of this system are discussed, as well as the difficulties of its implementation in the technical colleges, mainly related to: the need to transfer a significant amount of graphical information; the development of special teaching methods; test of the digestibility of the material and identification of students in the delivery of graphic tasks.
