Nowadays Lithuanian banks offers to firms loans with high interests (30 - 40%). There is impossible to use those loans for development of production. The article presents way how to use Western Europe commodity loans for development of production. Presented charts of cash flow proves that firms can use 25 - 70% of commodity loans for development of production.
