The article descibes practical considerations related with respectfulness to local cultural identity lying at the basis of activity regulations for a certain specific locality. The aim of the work is to expand theoretical basis for describing cultural identity of a locality with the help of progressive models based on logic, contextual semantics and theory of culture.
