In the article there is a description of indoor climate of residential houses. To determine the indoor climate situation there are accomplished measurements which show the indoor microclimate situation. The problems which occur within the inappropriate indoor climate are highlighted. This article explains what determines deviations from the standards. The houses are compared by accomplished measurements using multicriteria COPRAS method. Finally, the rational house is selected when accomplished multicriteria assessment.
