Adsorption method us one of most popular air leaning methods was selected for air treatment from low concentrations of nitrogen dioxide with modified zeolite consisting from clinoptilolite andmordernite minerals Diameter of adsorbent was 4 mm. Concentration of NO2 was 5 mg per cubic meter. Concentration of nitrogen dioxide distribution in natural zeolite modified with 4% soda solution after 90, ISO and 210 nun from the beginning of adsorption process is presented. On the basts of experiment numerical model of adsorption was created. Real conditions were introduced into the program: height of filter, diameter of filter, velocity of polluted air stream, temperature at polluted air, nitrogen dioxide concentration. Program PHOEXICS 1.4 version was used for the calculation of gas adsorption in the adsorbent layen The advantage of the program version is possibility of formula introduction into program with PLA NT. The purpose of the investigation was to create the numeral model during numeral solving of differential equations of transfering process on the basis of physical experiment results in which was analysed distribution of adsorbed nitrogen dioxide in the modified natural zeolite layers. Equations are solved by finite volume method. There were secound power formulas introduced into program (PHOEXICS) for distribution calculation of nitrogen dioxide in adsorbent layers. These formulae were received from experimental data calculating by the method of the least square. Formulae describe mathematically adsorbtion process, which take place in the adsorption filter.
