Dwelling houses considered about 33% of all tangible assets. Inspection of thes assets and its renovation in 1998 year was asigned only 1.3% of all investments in building. Condition of construction and equipment of dwelling houses are deteriorated. It is necessery to create a real information system which be able informe the owners of dwelling houses about its possibility to evaluate their asset and how they can to keep dwelling houses in good condition. In this article are proposed how and who should do that dwelling houses would be in good condition.
