Dažniausiai gamybos organizacijoje taikomi Lean vadybos metodai yra kokybės procesų tobulinimas, švaistymo mažinimas, laiko optimizavimas ir bendrų išlaidų sumažinimas. Išanalizavus Lean vadybos sistemos metodų taikymą UAB ,,Betono mozaika“ gamybos procesų optimizavime, nustatyta, kad Lean vadybos sistemos metodų taikymas gamyboje užtikrina gamybos procesų efektyvumą ir našumą, aukštos kokybės produktų gamybą, sklandesnį užsakymų vykdymą, skatina klientų lojalumą, identifikuoja perteklines veiklas. UAB ,,Betono mozaika“ gamybos procesų optimizavimui parengtas Kaizen modelis.
An organization that wants to optimize production processes should focus on finding new management strategies. Lean methodology is a frequently applied strategy that aims to reduce costs and waste in order to use resources as efficiently as possible to create the greatest value for the customer and increase competitive advantage. The most common Lean management methods used in a manufacturing organization are improving quality processes, reducing waste, optimizing time and reducing total costs. The object of the research is the application of Lean quality management system methods UAB „Betono mozaika“. The purpose of the study is to analyze the possibilities of applying Lean management system methods in the optimization of UAB „Betono mozaika“ production processes. Research tasks: to study the concept of Lean management system methods; describe the application of Lean management system methods UAB „Betono mozaika“; to assess the possibilities of applying Lean management system methods in the optimization of UAB „Betono mozaika“ production processes. Research methods: analysis of scientific literature, semi-structured interview, content analysis. After analyzing the application of Lean management system methods in the optimization of UAB „Betono mozaika“ production processes, it was found that the application of Lean management system methods in production ensures the efficiency and productivity of production processes, the production of high-quality products, smoother execution of orders, promotes customer loyalty, and identifies redundant activities. UAB „Betono mozaika“ has developed a Kaizen model for the optimization of production processes. When implementing the Kaizen model in production processes, the goals are first set, the technological model of the product and the settings of the production processes are the second step. The third stage includes testing and quality control. In the fourth stage, the duration of operation and the results obtained are monitored.
