Straipsnyje apžvelgta žmogiškųjų išteklių plėtra, jos ryšys su ekonomikos augimu bei socialine sanglauda.

Abstract (en)

One of the priorities of EU and Lithuania is to increase investment in people and teaching. This determines not only a demand to give the right and marketable qualifications, but to stimulate learning all life. Labour force will guarantee the stability of economic growth of Lithuania. Therefore investment in development of human resources have to be stimulated.
