The company is an initial and main entity of the development of modem economy. That why increasing of the effectiveness of the innovation process is essential to start from the company. Innovation process in the company is effected by internal and external factors. Very important task for the leader of the company concerning the innovation process in the company is to create a favorable environment for innovations. Implementation of the innovations is not possible without active involvement of all employees and services of the company.
