A process of offended rights of third parties in territory planning, main purpose of which is to protect society from actions of subjects of territory planning, which damage legal interests of third parties, is analyzed in these theses. The aim of these theses is to develop methods and models that could help third parties to be aware of their offended rights easier and judicial protection of those offended rights. Tasks of the theses are to review features of legal offences in planning of construction investments in a similar territory planning, to prepare classification of possible offences of rights of third parties, to analyze protection ways and models of rights of third parties.
