Decision Support System (DSS) UniComBOS for the consistent choice of the best multi-criteria alternative is under consideration. The DSS UniComBOS was used to analyze the five project model types and to determine their effectiveness. Project developers need various models of managing large and complex projects. A case study of practical use of the DSS UniComBOS for evaluating project model effectiveness is presented.
