The systemic analysis stages of regional transport logistic systems and the object of research in the uniform system designed to control regional, information, and financial flows formed by transport objects are analysed as well as implementation of the description and analysis stage of the object analysed, selection is distinguished of alternatives for organisational-functional logistic system structure and supplying sub-systems complex, and the program to form reguional transport logistic systems is spread.
