Radionuclides are result of global pollution after nuclear explosion and pollution after accident of nuclear power. They affect and accumulate in the environmental elements. In this article is analyzed the methodology of collection the wood samples and analysis of & accumulation in the pine (Pinus sylveslris L). *°Sr activity in pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) wood vary from 5,91 ± 1,39 to 17.24 ± 3,81 Bq/kg.
