Lithuania has a quite good developed heat supply network but not enough effective. One of the ways to improve the efficiency of district beating system is to use the quantitative heat supply regulation method. Last-mentioned method is applied in Lentvaris district heating system and compared with qualitative regulation (which is used at present time). The quantitative regulation advantages are: lower temperatures of heat carrier, possibility to save electrical energy etc.
