Straipsnyje akcentuojama karjeros kompetencijos it specialiųjų gebėjimų ugdymo reikšmė, rengiant aukštųjų mokyklų absolventus sėkmingai profesinei karjerai. Tyrimo tikslui pasiekti [vertinamas absolventų ir baigiamųjų kursų studentų požiūris į specialiųjų gebėjimų ir karjeros kompetencijos ugdymo studijų metais efektyvumą ir analizuojamos jaunimo nuostatos dėl įsidarbinimo Lietuvos ir kitose ES darbo rinkose galimybių ir darbdavių reikalavimų. Aptariamas tyrimo rezultatų praktinis pritaikomumas, rengiant atitinkančius darbo rinkos poreikius specialistus bendroje europinėje mokslo ir studijų erdvėje.
The article emphasizes competencies and special skills of HE graduates that play the most significant role in their professional career. The study presents the view of HE graduates on career competences gained during their studies. The aim of the study is to evaluate the attitude of the HE graduates towards employment and career readiness while emphasizing skills and competences that internal and external job markets require. The survey results in lack of practical experience and need to gain modern education that could guarantee graduates' employment in Lithuania and in other EU countries as well.
