In buildings of academic purposes the different types of premises (rooms, auditoriums, laboratories, etc.) are used. The management of training premises is especially important and it can be rational and operative only if it is computerized. High potentiality for the management of training premises opens by using the data basis of graphical systems, since these systems can be illustrated and managed by visual way.
