From 11 to 13 thousand lones of used tyres are accumulating in our republic each year Finns, which are in waste classification and regulation list, are occupied with accumulation of used tyres only. This process is not effective, so accumulation ol rubber waste is growing in the places what are not adapted to keep used tyres. The quantity of transportation is increasing, the quality of roads is coining worse, consumers are refusing restoration and that is one of the reasons for accumulation of used tyres. Experience of many years in cement works of foreign countries shows us that it is possible to make effective solution of used tyres.
