E-business solutions become more and more significant in the information age. E-commerce as one of the e-business solutions is fatal for companies in the competitive struggle. The objective of the paper is to identify the criterions of quality evaluation of e-commerce websites. Lithuanian case of the quality factors of e-commerce website and services is analysed in this paper.
