Baigiamajame magistro darbe analizuojamas LEAN diegimo motyvavimas baldų pramonės įmonėse. Pateikiama mokslinės literatūros analizė siekiant išsiaiškinti teorinius LEAN diegimo ir darbuotojų motyvavimo aspektus. Empirinėje dalyje atlikta darbuotojų anketinė apklausa, kurios tikslas - nustatyti dabartinę situaciją Lietuvos baldų gamybos įmonėse, ar LEAN diegimo motyvacija naudojama įmonių veikloje. Pateikiama tyrimo metodologija ir pristatomas tiriamasis vienetas. Kituose poskyriuose nagrinėjami ir lyginami aplinkos tyrimo ir anketavimo konkrečioje organizacijoje rezultatai. Gauti duomenys išanalizuoti bei aprašyti. Remiantis nagrinėta literatūra bei atliktais tyrimais, pateiktas LEAN diegimo motyvavimo baldų pramonės įmonėse modelis. Darbą sudaro trys dalys: įvadas, LEAN diegimo motyvavimo teoriniai aspektai, empiriniai tyrimai, LEAN diegimo motyvavimo baldų pramonės įmonėse modelis, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas, priedai. Darbo apimtis - 76 p. teksto be priedų, 27 paveikslai, 4 lentelės, 31 bibliografinis šaltinis. Atskirai pridedamas 1 priedas.
The final master's thesis analyzes the motivation for the implementation of LEAN in enterprises of the furniture industry. An analysis of the scientific literature is presented in order to clarify the theoretical aspects of the implementation of LEAN and the motivation of employees. In the empirical part, a questionnaire survey of employees was conducted, the purpose of which is to determine the current situation in Lithuanian furniture manufacturing companies, whether the motivation for the implementation of LEAN is used in the activities of companies. The methodology of the study is given and the unit under study is presented. In other subsections, the results of the study and questionnaire of the environment in a particular organization are studied and compared. The obtained data has been analyzed and described. Based on the studied literature and the studies carried out, a model of the motivation for the implementation of LEAN in the enterprises of the furniture industry was presented. The work consists of 3 parts: an introduction, theoretical aspects of the motivation for the implementation of LEAN, empirical research, a model for motivating the implementation of LEAN in enterprises in the furniture industry, conclusions and proposals, a list of references, annexes. Thesis consists - 76 p. of the text without appendices, 27 pictures, 4 tables, 31 bibliographical entries.Work attachments are included separately.
