Šiuolaikinės technologijos verčia naujai pažvelgti į nekilnojamojo turto vertinimą ir visą nekilnojamojo turto sektorių. Globalėjančiame amžiuje prioritetai teikiami efektyvumui, objektyvumui, kokybei, išlaidų mažinimui, konkurencingumui, naujovių atradimui. Todėl šiame darbe yra analizuojamas technologijų panaudojimas nekilnojamojo turto vertinimui, kuris svarbus ekonominiu požiūriu ir ypač dabar, vykstant diskusijoms apie Nekilnojamojo turto mokesčio įstatymo esamus ir galimus tolimesnius pakeitimus. Informacinių technologijų įtaką nekilnojamojo turto vertinimui siekiama nustatyti, remiantis automatizuoto nekilnojamojo turto masinio vertinimo analize, informacinių sistemų teoriniais ir praktiniais pavyzdžiais bei dabartine užsienio šalių praktika, numatomos nekilnojamojo turto vertinimo alternatyvos.
Modern technology makes a fresh look at the assessment of real estate and the entire real estate sector. In the age of globalization the priorities are given to the efficiency, objectivity, quality, reducing costs, the ability to compete and find new products. Therefore, in this paper we investigate the use of technology for the valuation of immovable property which is important from an economic point of view, and especially now, when there is discussion about the current and possible future changes in the law on tax on real estate. The influence of information technologies to assess the real property we shall try to establish, being based on analysis of an automated mass assessment of real estate, on the theoretical and practical examples of modern information systems and current practices overseas, as on planned alternatives of the assessment of real estate.
