Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama GIS technologijų taikymo miestų eismo informavimo sistemoms tema. Apžvelgta užsienio šalių ir Lietuvos patirtis šioje srityje, perspektyvinė plėtra Lietuvos miestuose. Išnagrinėtos eismo informavimo sistemos struktūrinės dalys, švieslenčių aprašomoji informacija, reikalinga duomenų bazėje. Sukurta eismo informavimo sistemos GIS duomenų bazės posistemė Vilniaus miesto pavyzdžiu. Atlikta švieslenčių parinkimo vietų analizė SAW metodu ir sudaryta Vilniaus miesto gatvių atkarpų prioritetinė eilė švieslenčių statybai. Pasiūlytos 3 atkarpos, kuriose reikalingos naujos švieslentės. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius eismo valdymo sistemos aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir rekomendacijos. Darbo apimtis - 66 p. teksto be priedų, 20 iliustracijų, 10 lentelių, 34 bibliografiniai šaltiniai, 1 brėžinys.
The final master work analyses the GIS technology application of traffic system information of the city. There is reviewed Lithuania and foreign countries experience of this kind of the technology, the future development in Lithuanian cities. The work also describes the traffic information structure parts, the information on the light boards, which is necessary to database. The final master work presents the new traffic information system in the GIS sub database under the example of Vilnius city. There is analysed the light boards displayed places by SAW method. This analyse has shown the most rational and most irrational Vilnius streets segments to light boards building. There is suggested three street segments where the new light boards are needed. Finally, the master work is ended by conclusions and recommendations after were analysed the theoretical and practical traffic control system aspects.Scope of the thesis is 66 pg(s) of text without appendixes, 20 illustrations, 10 tables, 34 bibliographical sources, 1 scheme.
