The Multi-Attribute Assessment of Environmental Factors Influencing on Dwelling-Houses

Pastatai, kuriuose žmonės gyvena ir dirba, gali būti suskirstyti į dvi kategori-jas: a) atitinkantys gyventojų poreikius ir Lietuvos higienos normas ir b) neatitin-kantys gyventojų poreikių ir Lietuvos higienos normų. Antros kategorijos namai turi būti renovuoti, kad patektų į pirmą kategoriją. Tačiau iš pradžių svarbu nu-statyti, kuriai kategorijai priklauso pastatas. Disertacijoje autorius siūlo daugiatikslio vidaus aplinkos ir mikroklimato vertinimo prieš renovavimą ir po jo metodą, kuris leidžia įvertinti pastato būseną ir jo atitiktį gyventojų poreikiams bei Lietuvos higienos normoms. Disertaciją sudaro įvadas, trys skyriai, rezultatų apibendrinimas, naudotos li-teratūros bei autoriaus publikacijų disertacijos tema sąrašai ir trys priedai. Įvadiniame skyriuje nagrinėjamas problemos aktualumas, formuluojamas darbo tikslas bei uždaviniai, aprašomas mokslinis darbo naujumas, pristatomi autoriaus pranešimai ir publikacijos, disertacijos struktūra. Pirmame skyriuje pateiktas mikroklimato sąvokos apibrėžimas, analizuojami Lietuvos ir užsienio mokslininkų vidaus aplinkos tyrimų metodai, pateikiamos Lietuvos higienos normos ir teisinė dokumentacija, reglamentuojanti vidaus mik-roklimatą. Antrame skyriuje analizuojami ir pateikiami daugiatiksliai sprendimo metodai, kuriais galima būtų parinkti racionalią gyvenamąją aplinką. Trečiame skyriuje pateikiamas daugiatikslis vidaus aplinkos ir mikroklimato vertinimo prieš renovavimą ir po jo metodas ir jo pritaikymas 5 vienbučiams, 10 daugiabu-čių namų ir 10 biurų vertinti, atliekant termovizinius ir vidaus aplinkos tyrimus. Disertacijos tema paskelbti devyni moksliniai straipsniai, iš kurių du referuo-jami duomenų bazėse Thomson ISI Web of Science, vienas įtrauktas į Thomson ISI Master Journal List sąrašą, trys išspausdinti duomenų bazės referuojamuose leidiniuose (ISI Proceedings), vienas cituojamas IRBdirect ir ICONDA tarptauti-nėse duomenų bazėse, du išspausdinti kituose recenzuojamuose tarptautinių ir Lietuvos konferencijų leidiniuose. Disertacijos tema perskaityti keturi pranešimai Lietuvos bei kitų šalių konferencijose.
Nowadays there are plenty of dwelling-houses. Some of them are character-ized as satisfying Lithuanian Hygienic Norm, some of them – not satisfying. Therefore, the second type of dwelling-houses should be renovated to meet needs of habitants and satisfy Lithuanian Hygienic Norm. In the dissertation the author proposes the method of multi-attribute assess-ment of indoor environment before and after renovation of dwelling-houses. The proposed method allows us to assess the state of dwelling-houses before and after renovation according to the defined attributes and determine their correspon-dence to the needs of habitants and Lithuanian Hygienic Norm. The dissertation consists of the introduction, three chapters, the general con-clusions, references, the list of authors‘ publications on the topic of the disserta-tion and three annexes. The introduction presents the main problem analysed in the dissertation and its importance. The aim and consequent objectives, scientific novelty and practi-cal value of the research, methodology of the research, defended propositions, scientific approval, a contribution of the results and structure of the dissertation are formulated and presented in this chapter. The first chapter covers analysis of existing publications related with the problem of the dissertation. Therefore, the concept of the microclimet, Lithua-nian Hygienic Norm and methods proposed to evaluate a microclimet of dwell-ing-houses are analysed in the first chapter. The second chapter presents the analysis of the multi-attribute decision mak-ing and methods used for the multi-attribute decision making (COPRAS, MOORA and TOPSIS). The third chapter describes the proposed method of multi-attribute assess-ment of indoor environment before and after renovation of dwelling-houses and the application of the proposed method by assessing 5 one-apartment and 10 apartment dwellings and 10 offices. The general conclusions are presented at the end of the dissertation. The results of the dissertation were announced in 9 scientific papers, where 2 papers are referred in Thomson ISI Web of Science, 1 papers are referred in Thomson ISI Master Journal List, 1 paper is quoted in IRBdirect and ICONDA databases, 3 papers are printed in Thomson ISI Proceedings and 2 papers are printed in other reviewed conference proceedings.
