Magistriniame darbe tiriamas įmonių socialinės atsakomybės taikymas nekilnojamojo turto plėtojimo įmonėse. Teorinėje dalyje analizuojama įmonių socialinės atsakomybės raida, teorijos ir taikymai, vertinimo metodai. Tyrimo dalyje analizuojama praktinė socialinės atsakomybės praktika nekilnojamojo turto vystytojų įmonėse, ĮSĄ lygis įmonėse, įmonių vadovų supratimas apie ĮSA svarbą, pateikiamas socialinės atsakomybės diegimo modelis nekilnojamojo turto vystymo įmonėje. Išvadose pateikiamas ĮSA įgyvendinimo vertinimas bei praktiniai pasiūlymai verslo įmonėms ĮSA diegimui bei gerinimui. Darbą sudaro 3 dalys: įvadas, ĮSA teorinė analizė, ĮSA tyrimas sektoriaus įmonėse, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas, priedai. Darbo apimtis - 51p. 7 iliustr., 6 lent., 32 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The application of corporate social responsibility in real estate development companies is investigated in the master 's thesis. The theoretical part analyzes the development of corporate social responsibility, theories, and applications, evaluation methods. The part of the research analyzes the practical practice of social responsibility in real estate developers, the level of CSR in companies, the understanding of company managers about the importance of CSR, developed model of CSR implementation is a real estate development company. The conclusions provide an assessment of CSR implementation and practical suggestions for businesses to implement and improve CSR.Structure: introduction, theoretical analysis of CSR, CSR research in the sector, CSR implementation model, conclusions and suggestions, references, appendices.The thesis consists of 51p. 7 figures, 6 tables, 32 bibliographical entries.Work attachments are included separately.
