Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjami statybos rangovų daugiatiksliai vertinimo ir atrankos metodai. Išanalizuota rangovų parinkimo metodika, kuri taikoma viešuosiuose pirkimuose Lietuvoje ir Europos Sąjungos šalyse, išanalizuoti pagrindiniai minimalūs rangovams keliami reikalavimai. Atlikta tiekėjų pasiūlymų rangos darbams vertinimo analizė, išanalizuoti mokslinėje literatūroje aprašyti rangovo parinkimo kriterijai. Atlikta daugiakriterė sprendimų priėmimo metodų, taikomų rangovų parinkimui, analizė, taip pat parengta rangovo parinkimo schema. Baigiamajame darbe, tiriamojoje dalyje buvo atliktas ekspertinis vertinimas ir apskaičiuotas rangovo parinkimo uždavinys, daugiakriteriais TOPSIS, COPRAS ir ARAS metodais. Atliekant ekspertinio vertinimo uždavinį, sprendimui buvo parinkti kriterijų svoriai. Apskaičiavus rangovo parinkimo uždavinius skirtingais metodais, buvo parinktas rangovas. Baigiamojo darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos darbo išvados.Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro: įvadas, 3 skyriai, išvados, literatūros sąrašas. Baigiamojo darbo apimtis - 78 p. teksto be priedų, 9 paveikslai, 25 lentelės ir 35 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.
The final thesis of the master's degree examines the multi-criteria evaluation and selection methods of construction contractors. In thesis analyzed the contractor selection methodology applied in public procurement in Lithuania and European Union countries, additionally, the thesis examined the key minimum requirements imposed on contractors.. The analysis of supplier bid evaluation for construction works was conducted, and the criteria for contractor selection described in scientific literature were analyzed. The thesis conducted an analysis of multi-criteria decision-making methods applied to contractor selection, as well as developed a contractor selection framework. In the research section of the thesis, an expert evaluation was performed, and the contractor selection problem was calculated using multi-criteria TOPSIS, COPRAS, and ARAS methods. During the expert evaluation task, criteria weights were determined for the decision-making process. After calculating the contractor selection problem using different methods, a contractor was selected. The conclusions of the thesis are presented at the end of the work.The final thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, and a list of references.The scope of the thesis is 78 pages of text without attachments, including 9 figures, 25 tables, and 35 bibliographic sources.
