Baigiamajame magistro darbe tiriamas kelių priežiūros valdymo planavimas. Apžvelgus kelių priežiūros įmonės VĮ "Alytaus regiono keliai” pinigines lėšas skirtas priežiūros ir remonto darbams buvo suformuotas mokslinio darbo tyrimo tikslas. Tikslas išanalizuoti planavimo bei valdymo principus VĮ "Alytaus regiono keliai” įmonėje ir pasiūlyti ilgalaikio planavimo metodiką ir ją taikyti minėtoje į kelių priežiūros priežiūros įmonėje. Dabartinės išlaidos kurios sudaro kelių priežiūros ir remonto darbus buvo palygintos su optimaliu programos RONET pasiūlytu scenarijumi.Darbą sudaro: įvadas, keturi skyriai, bendrosios išvados, bei priedai. Darbo apimtis - 83 puslapių teksto be priedų, 21 paveikslėlis, 35 lentelės. Rašant darbą remtasi 24 literatūros šaltiniais.Papildomai pridedami darbo priedai.
The final Master Thesis analyses road maintenance management. Having reviewed the road maintenance performed by SE „Alytus region maintenance company” and the need for optimizing the allocation of funding for the maintenance works, the aim of the research work has been identified and the objectives to reach this aim have been set. The aim of the work is, having analyzed the management principles of road maintenance, to propose a long-term planning methodology and to apply it to the roads the maintenance of which is performed by SE ”Alytus region maintenance unit”.The present maintenance and its costs were compared with the ones suggested by the optimal scenario. Recommendations were issued for the improvement of RONET model. The thesis consists of: the introduction, four chapters, general conclusions and annexes. The volume of the thesis is 83 pages of text, annexes excluded, 21 figures, 35 tables. 24 sources of literature were used while writing the thesis.Annexes to the paper are enclosed separately.
