Darbo apimtis - 58 p. teksto be priedų, 38 iliustr., 13 bibliografinių šaltinių.
Master thesis focuses on the study and improvement of a device (electroporator) for the extraction of biofuels by electric pulses from biomass, by analyzing an ideal and a real laboratory electroporator (Marx generator). A literature review comparing electroporator types, electroporation applications, microalgae electroporation and microalgae applications in the energy industry is presented. The structure of the 12-stage electroporator developed by the scientists of the Center for Physical Sciences and Technology and Vilnius Gediminas Technical University is examined in the research part, with a detailed description of its principle of operation, characterization and ranges of operation.Based on the analyzed electroporator, a model of an ideal Marx generator has been developed in the LTspice software environment and its performance has been investigated changing voltage of the source and load resistance. The performance of the Marx generator was investigated using a constant conductivity microalgae Chlorella vulgaris biomass suspension and varying the source voltage and the results were compared with the LTSpice simulation results. The dependence of the Marx generator voltage gain factor on the load active resistance is calculated and the conclusions are presented. The thesis consists of seven parts: introduction, discussion of the structure and working principle of the laboratory electroporator, investigation of the ideal model, investigation of the laboratory electroporator, comparison of the results of the investigation, main conclusions, list of references. The thesis consists of 58 pages of text without appendices, 38 illustrations, 13 bibliographical references.
