Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjami inovacijų strategijų rengimo modeliai. Teorinėje darbo dalyje apibendrinti inovacijų ir strategijų apibrėžimai, susisteminti statybų projekto dalyvių sąrašai, inovacijų strategijų apibrėžimai, inovacijų strategijų rengimo modeliai, inovacijų įgyvendinimo dalyvių sąrašai, strateginio valdymo planų skirstymai, parengtas empirinių tyrimų modelis. Praktinėje darbo dalyje analizuojama technologinės pažangos įtaka statybų verslui, statybų verslo Europos Sąjungoje ir Lietuvoje plėtra, šio sektoriaus inovacijų plėtra, tendencijos, perspektyvos. Išnagrinėjus ir įvertinus teorinius ir praktinius inovacijų strategijų rengimo aspektus, parengtas inovacijų strategijų rengimo ir įgyvendinimo modelis, darbo išvados, pasiūlymai.Darbą sudaro septynios dalys: įvadas, probleminė dalis, teorinė studija, empirinių tyrimų dalis, inovacijų strategijų rengimo modelį aprašanti dalis, darbo išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 108 psl., teksto be priedo, 13 lentelių, 56 pasveikslai. Literatūros sąrašą sudaro 108 šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
This master thesis innovation examines models of innovation strategies . The theoretical part of this paper summarizes the innovation and the definition of strategy, structure of the participants in the construction project, definitions of innovative strategies, planning models of innovation strategies, lists of participants in the implementation of innovation, distribution of strategic management plans. Empirical research model was prepared. In the practical part of this thesis the impact of technological progress in the construction business was analyzed. The development of the construction business in the European Union and Lithuania and the development of innovations, trends and perspectives was analyzed. A model for the development and implementation of the innovation strategies was prepared according to the examination and evaluation of the theoretical and practical aspects of innovation. Conclusions, suggestions were prepared.This work consists of seven parts: introduction, problem part, the theoretical study, the empirical research, innovation strategies model description, the part of the conclusions and suggestions, list of references.Work volume - 108 pages, 13 tables, 56 images. List of references consists of 108 entries. Appendixes included.
