Abstract (en)
The aim of this research was to design the conceptual structure of blended e-leaming model. This model unites the models of Synchronous and Asynchronous Learning. It extends considerably possibilities of teaching and learning, improves quality of learning process and accessibility for students. Proposed scheme implements the blended e-leaming model and the widest administration capabilities.
